Madame Giggles is a very small producer of BDSM equipment, you've probably never even heard of her. But I ran across her site on the web and this one item is very kewl. I just emailed my puppy to tell him to buy this!
Madame Giggles makes all her toys by hand, one-at-a-time, mostly floggers. I don't know her or anything, just ran across this and think it's terribly kewl.
