WAY easier than an apple pie, and IMO, much yummier as well.

  • 5 apples, peeled, cored & sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  1. Place apples in casserole and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Mix butter, sugar and flour in a small bowl until it forms crumbles.
  3. Top apples with streusel.
  4. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
