This site uses cookies (small files on your computer) to keep track of your session. We do not do anything with your IP address. Logs are just used to see how many people went to various pages of the site and such. Logs are purged periodically cause there's only so much space on the server, but we're not promising how often we do that.

Our site is hosted by Lunarpages, which is known for providing excellent hosting service for adult sites. The following is the best information we have regarding Lunarpages privacy policies as of the date this page was updated (see bottom of page).

We asked Lunarpages about their privacy policies and a Customer Service Supervisor emailed us the following:

Our servers are located in highly secure, protected facilities. Please see http://www.lunarpages.com/about/. They are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. They are regularly patched for security. Please keep in mind, we don't control what you upload to your account so it is also up to you to make sure all scripts on the account are kept up to date for security. Please also be sure to use secure passwords with at least 8 characters, no full words, letters and numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters.

• With regards to their comments regarding scripts we are running and how we secure those: our site runs on Joomla!, an open-source content management system (CMS). Joomla! has a very large and growing community of developers and a tremendous amount of support for users. The decision as to whether to disclose such information as may be required, permitted or otherwise reasonable shall be within the sole discretion of Lunarpages and may include but shall not be limited to (1) compliance with court order, subpoena or other request of any State or Federal government, (2) compliance with the Electronic Communications Decency Act, (3) compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (3) compliance with the Lunarpages Terms of Service or other policies.

Use of anonymizing proxies

If your IP address is retrieved via subpoena to us or our host, it will identify your ISP, which can identify you.

If this concerns you, you can consider using an anonymizing proxy. However, you need to make sure whoever runs it is trustworthy as you're just changing who you have to trust, someone still knows your IP. We don't use an anonymizing proxy ourselves so have no recommendations, except to Google.

blog posts

We will not blog about you without your explicit permission - neither a report of a virtual session nor post pictures you may have provided. However, keep in mind that if you discuss a particular fetish with us, we may post our thoughts about that fetish without your permission.

Site registration is not required when you post comments. The disadvantage of this is that you don't "own" the name you post with; the advantage is that we have no list of users stored in our database just to allow commenting. This is the choice we've made for now; we may change our minds if we have problems with comments.

We will not give your email address or any other contact information to anyone else unless legally compelled to.

Any information you give us is as secure as we can make it, whether through this site, through email, over messenger services or on the phone, unless you give us explicit permissions to do otherwise.

user accounts

At this time, user accounts are only used for the slave application. Thus you can use our entire web site without creating a user account.

When you signup for a user account, you must provide a name (can be fake), an email address (must be valid, but can be an anonymous account through Google, Yahoo or Hotmail), a userid and a password.

The name, email and userid are stored in our database in plain text and the password is stored encrypted. We cannot retrieve your password or change it for you; you can retrieve it only at the email address you specify when you join.

We will not contact you through the email address you provide, except that if you forget your password and request the web site email it to you, it will do so. All direct, personal email contact between us and our site visitors is conducted through Niteflirt.

slave application

Those who apply to be slaves are asked to provide a lot of personal information about their fetishes, fantasies and experiences. The answers to these questions are stored in our database and are linked there to both your userid on our site and your Niteflirt login.

This information is used in providing phone, chat and email services to you within the context of our relationship with you.

our limits

We realize blackmail is a hot fantasy, and we can certainly "play" that with you, but it will remain a fantasy. We do not engage in blackmail; if we did, we'd hardly need to run this business! We do not, will not, and will never ever release any personal information unless forced by legal means.

This is a hard limit for us; we are ethical human beings. We don't choose to be otherwise.

You damned well may have cause to think we're nasty, sadistic bitches, but we hope you will never have cause to think we are untrustworthy.
