With the decision of Ning to close adult sites, there's way fewer resources out there for both PSOs and their callers. Here's a few of my recommendations:

Note, if you're not a phone sex operator yourself, but would like to join a forum where you can talk to them, I highly recommend The PhoneSex Space, unlike most places for "talking dirty," the women massively outnumber the men, so you callers should enjoy it a great deal. TPS used to be a Ning site, but the owner (another very kewl lady) is working to rebuild with alternative software.
