If you don't know what I'm referring to, it's a series of books by Laura Antoniou. Laura is an extremely intelligent, literate chick that writes incredibly hot stories about characters that seem like real people. I spent about a week rereading the first three books recently and was just climbing the walls all week! Laura is a massive turn-on for me and I recommend her highly. I've got a bit of a crush on one of the characters - Chris. Ohmigawd, he is so hot! Really, the only way they could be improved would be releasing them as audiobooks. To hear her reading her work would be mind-bogglingly sexy; I'd be likely to call Niteflirt for a bedtime story if I got to hear that. Recently, I re-read the first three books of the series: "The Marketplace", "The Slave" and "The Trainer." I prefer the first two over the third, mostly cause the main character in the third gets on my nerves; I don't like him and certainly don't think he deserves Chris. Laura has added a couple new books since the last time I read these, so there's a fourth and fifth book in the series now: "The Academy: Tales of the Marketplace" and "The Reunion". Hit up my wish list and buy these for me if they're still on there! Add your comment |
