This is a simply amazing view of the inauguration. The photographer took lots of high-resolution images and stitched them together in a Flash program. You can navigate out to see a shot of tens of thousands of people, and then navigate all the way in to see people's faces closeup. Here's a couple screenshots...

Visit the site to play with it in person. It's fun to mess around and see what everyone was doing, who looks enraptured, who looks bored. It's also fun to find the "seams"of the pictures too, sometimes there's bizarre double-exposures if someone turned their head between one shot and another. ;) Utterly amazing stuff this photographer accomplished.
