figging

What is figging, you ask? Figging is playing with ginger. Not cooking with it (this isn't a recipe post), but playing with it.

If you don't "get" why figging is HOT (in all possible sense of the word), you need to hear my little story.

One of the aggravating things Talia sometimes does is eat stuff I'm chopping when I'm preparing food. For example, I am grating cheese, and need a cup for a recipe, and she walks by and grabs a handful of the grated stuff, instead of just grabbing a slice I have not just been expending energy on.

One day, karma caught up with her, as she went to grab some "cheese" I was mincing, put a handful in her mouth, and then discovered it wasn't cheese, but ginger. You know those cartoons where smoke and steam come out of the character's ears to the sound of a train whistle? That's exactly what it was like. ;)

Being a sadistic bitch and all, I immediately thought about using ginger in scene and Googled the idea, to discover my discovery had already been discovered - and it's called figging.

Basically, you buy a hand of ginger, and cut one of the fingers, not off of the hand, but into the hand, so you wind up with a good 4 inch finger.

Then peel all the skin off the finger and using a paring knife, cut a depression about 2/3rds of the way down all around the finger. This bit will be the smaller bit the sphincter closes around, like on a butt plug. Rinse the ginger plug off well with cold water to get rid of any stray bits of skin.

It is important to not lube the ginger, else the lube will "seal" it and you won't get the effect I'm going for. Simply use water as "lube" and insert slowly.

Oh, and don't forget to call me before you insert it so I can hear you squeal like a girl!
Like a particular girl... who's name begins with a T. ;)
